The power unit sold in the store is equipped with a motor with a copper core winding and positive power. The contactor is made of Zhengtai Electric. Buy genuine products and eliminate inferior products!Friendly reminder: Low-quality products are matched with small motors, and even use aluminum core winding. The motor is prone to heat up and breakdown and burnt when loaded. Please do not pick up bargains and lose the big ones!

 

Regarding transportation and delivery: Customers in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai and Anhui can give priority to sending express delivery. Customers in other regions send logistics to the point of picking up the goods. If there is no logistics point in remote areas, they need to be transferred. The freight incurred in the second transfer shall be borne by the buyer!

There are many options for hydraulic oil tank volume, large or small. Generally, when shipped, our factory will choose the appropriate oil tank according to the size of the oil cylinder.It is recommended to use DC24V solenoid valve, which has the longest service life.

When wiring, there is an arrow on the motor rotation direction on the reference motor. There is no oil when the 380V motor rotates in reverse, just adjust the wire.

The motor power size is optional, the general solenoid valve DC24V [can be replaced with AC220V], the fuel tank size can be optional [10-60L], the gear pump is generally equipped with 1.0-6.8/7.8, the normal working pressure is 16Mpa, and the descent speed can be fine-adjusted.

What should I do if there is a sudden power outage?The hydraulic power units produced by our company all have manual emergency descent devices, and the platform can be lowered manually during power outages.

 

First press the valve core, then turn the valve core counterclockwise to loosen it by about 90 degrees. The solenoid valve core will pop out and the oil cylinder will slowly drop.There is also a threaded solenoid valve core, which can be loosened directly counterclockwise.After use, restore the valve core position. If the resetting occurs, the oil cylinder will not rise.

Precautions:

◆This power unit is an S3 working system and cannot operate continuously.

◆Before installation, it is necessary to ensure that the hydraulic components such as oil cylinders, oil pipes, and joints are clean and without any impurities.

◆Just just twist it slowly when connecting the wiring/oil pipe joints. Don’t twist it to death. We are not responsible for twisting our teeth.

◆The viscosity of hydraulic oil should be 15-68CST and should be clean and free of impurities. It is recommended to use N46 hydraulic oil.

◆This hydraulic power unit is suitable for vertical installation.

◆Before starting the operating system for the first time, you should add enough clean genuine hydraulic oil to the fuel tank.

◆After the first 100 hours of use, the hydraulic oil should be replaced, and the hydraulic oil should be replaced every 3000 hours.

Note: Connect 380V to 3 live wires. If you do not raise the 2 live wires, it will be OK. If one live wire is missing from 3 live wires, it may burn the motor.

【Instructions for our factory】

1. Our factory’s products are special and difficult to ship. The use, maintenance and general failure exclusion of hydraulic power unit

1. Selection instructions  

1. Read carefully how to order the content of the power unit chapter and fill in the specifications and models according to actual requirements.

2. Select the corresponding hydraulic schematic diagram according to the hydraulic functions required. 

3. According to the load size of the hydraulic cylinder and the piston movement speed, the gear pump displacement, system working pressure and motor power are reasonably selected to determine the technical parameters of the hydraulic power unit. 

4. Determine the voltage form of the motor and solenoid valve according to the situation. 

Precautions for use  

1. Please read the instructions for use carefully 

2. The hydraulic power unit should be installed correctly and connected correctly.Pay attention to whether the voltage of the motor and solenoid valve matches the power supply (see electrical schematics), and whether the rotation direction of the motor is correct (see clockwise from the exit shaft). 

3. The conventional DC motor is a gap-type working system S2=2 4min (one start-up and continuous working time); S3=10%ED (continuous working time accounts for 10% of a working cycle time), and cannot be continuously operated.If you choose a 10min working AC motor, it cannot work continuously. 

4. The working pressure of the hydraulic power unit has been adjusted when leaving the factory. In order to ensure a good use condition, please do not adjust it casually. 

5.  Hydraulic power units should use anti-wear hydraulic oil with a kinetic viscosity of 27 43mm/s (50℃). YA-N46 is recommended when the oil temperature is lower than 50℃. YA-N68 is recommended when the oil temperature is higher than 50℃. The added oil should be filtered through a filter with a 30um filter. The conventional added amount is 80% of the effective volume of the oil tank. The conventional oil temperature should be within the range of -10~80℃. In particularly cold areas, low-temperature hydraulic oil should be used, such as YA-N32. 

Third, simple failure recognition and exclusion method  

1. The motor does not rotate, check the accuracy of the connection line. 

2. The motor starts, the cylinder does not rise or rises unstable    

(1) The oil level in the oil cylinder is too low, and the oil level is refueled to the specified oil level; 

(2) The viscosity of the oil is too large or too small, and the recommended hydraulic oil is used; 

(3) The oil suction filter is blocked, clean or replace the filter; 

(4) The oil suction pipe is not sealed or leaks, and the air leakage is found, and the unsealed area is repaired or replaced; 

(5) Solar valve or manual valve is not closed, clean the solenoid valve, manual valve or replace; 

(6) The emergency button of the secondary manual solenoid valve is opened and the emergency button is closed; 

(7) The solenoid valve is powered on, causing the oil to be unloaded from the solenoid valve, and the electrical circuit is checked; 

(8) The motor rotates in reverse, check to reconnect; 

(9) The relief valve is not properly installed in place, or the pressure regulation is not adjusted properly, check and reset the pressure; 

(10) The coupling is not installed in place, or is selected improperly, check to reinstall or replace; 

(11) The O-ring at the oil outlet of the gear pump is broken. Remove the gear pump to check and replace the O-ring. 

3. The oil cylinder does not drop or the drop is unstable during unloading    

(1) The solenoid valve fails to power on, check the electrical circuit; 

(2) The input voltage of the solenoid valve does not meet the requirements, check the voltage and meet the standard value; 

(3) Solvent valve or manual valve filter is blocked, remove and clean or replace the valve core; 

(4) The power-on time is too long or overheating causes the electromagnet to be damaged. Check whether the voltage is overvoltage and confirm the input electrical signal; 

(5) The throttle valve or pressure-repair valve is blocked, adjusted or replaced. 

4. The system does not maintain pressure, and the oil cylinder drops down when maintaining pressure  

(1) The check valve is not sealed, clean the check valve or replace the oil seal; 

(2) Solvent valve, manual valve is not sealed, clean or replace oil seal; 

(3) Exclude the pressure-keeping of the oil cylinder itself and connect the pressure gauge directly to the oil outlet. If the pressure-keeping is normal, it is a problem with the actuator. 

5. Oil leakage or oil leakage from the oil tank and the valve block, the O-ring is worn or pressed off, check and replace the O-ring. 

6. Easy leaks or leaks between the motor back cover or between the motor and the valve block    

(1)  Oil leaks at the high pressure of the valve block, remove the motor to check,If so, notify the manufacturer to replace the entire power unit; 

(2) The skeleton oil seal on the gear pump is loosened, and replace the gear pump. 

7. After the switch is turned off, the motor continues to operate    

(1) Incorrect electrical connection, check and wire correctly; 

(2) The start switch is burned out, power off check, and replace the start switch; 

(3) The AC contactor burns out, check the power off, and replace the AC contactor. 

8. The system noise is too high

(1) There is air in the system, and it works back and forth several times in a row to eliminate the air; 

(2) The coupling is not properly installed or worn, check and reinstall or replace; 

(3) Motor failure, check the motor and replace it if necessary; 

(4) Do not work under extreme pressure for a long time, and the overflow valve stops working when it starts to overflow.
