Notes on selecting electric push and pull rods:
Itinerary and installation distance:
First, confirm the distance of the electric push and pull rod on your device that needs to be pushed and pulled; second, confirm the most reasonable size of the electric push and pull rod that your device can accommodate.
Confirm load and speed:
By considering the specific scenarios of the use of electric push and pull rods, and comparing the specifications of each electric push and pull rod, selecting the appropriate push and pull rod.
Determine the voltage or select the controller:
To select the specific working voltage of the electric push and pull rod, currently YNT-06 can choose 12 or 24VDC. This method is mainly used by the customer to provide the designed control system or PLC circuit to control the push and pull rod.If there is no matching power adapter and controller available to control the operation of the electric push and pull rod.
Definite use environment and frequency:
Confirm the usage rate, which should not be greater than 20%. If it is too large, it will reduce the service life; and check whether there is torque or impact load when working. Please try to avoid such loads when using it.
Other special requirements:
If customers have special requirements, we can also put forward the technical staff of our company, such as special installation interface methods, etc., we must try to meet the customer's requirements.
Instructions for use:
The electric push and pull rod output shaft produced by our company should be fixed to the straight line guide mechanism according to the installation instructions. If it is not fixed to any mechanism, there is a possibility of idle rotation.
When using electric push and pull rods, mechanical interference should not be caused to avoid failure of motor or mechanical structure.
Please input the DC voltage according to the voltage specifications calibrated by the electric push rod motor. The supplied DC voltage can provide the current below the maximum load, that is, the maximum rated current.
If the customer provides the power supply and controller by himself, please install overcurrent hazard prevention devices (such as fuses) and overcurrent detection devices on the output side of the power supply or the inlet side of the power supply line according to the current value allowed to pass through the wire section, and use this overcurrent signal to control the electric push and pull rod to stop moving and interrupt the power supply.
If the customer provides the power supply and controller, please install the overload detection device yourself to ensure that the power supply shaft of the electric push and pull rod can be cut off at the limit position or under overload operation, and appropriate control and guarantee.
In addition to special customization, the rated operating rate of the electric push and pull rod is 20%. This operating rate defines continuous operation for 2 minutes and rest for 8 minutes. If the customer uses it exceeds the rated operating rate (20%), please install an overheating detection and overheating prevention device (such as a fan), and use this overheating detection signal to control the electric push and pull rod, and according to control requirements, stop moving or interrupt the power supply.
The electric push and pull rods produced by our company usually contain limit switches. If the customer does not purchase limit switches, please install limit switches at the front and back stroke positions of the electric push and pull rod output shaft, and use a controller and power supply that can cooperate with the limit switch to perform power-off protection measures.To ensure that the power supply is cut off when the electric push-pull rod output shaft moves to the stroke limit position.
The motor of the electric push and pull rod is a DC motor. When the two motor power input lines are intermodulated, the output shaft of the electric push and pull rod will move in opposite directions. When it stops, please cooperate with an appropriate controller and power supply, and then short-circuit the two motor power input lines to avoid the risk of short-circuiting the power supply.
In the case where the unlimited switch and controller have no overload guarantee, do not run to the stroke limit, and do not apply the maximum load to the electric push and pull rod exceeding the specification calibration.
If the electric push and pull rod is non-waterproof,
