 JTW-LD-ZC100-85The non-recoverable cable-type linear temperature-fixed fire detector (hereinafter referred to as the detector) is a linear temperature-sensitive fire detector with independent intellectual property rights developed by Xi'an Zhichang Electronics Co., Ltd. It consists of three parts: a junction box, a terminal box, and a temperature-sensitive cable. It can effectively protect the following objects:

Please remove the linkage relationship of the detector before debugging to avoid causing malfunction of the equipment and causing losses to personnel and property!

A．Manually simulate fire alarms and faults

★ Turn the analog fire alarm and analog fault switch on the terminal box, and the detector can send a fire alarm or fault signal.

B．Physical fire simulation test (reserved at the terminal part when laying1-2The temperature sensing cable of meter is used for testing, and the test part should be cut off after completion.)

★At the end of the detector, burn a certain section evenly and directly with the flame (100mm-200mm), a fire alarm signal should be sent during the response time.

★The detector end is no less than1A quick place to put a rice-long piece100In water in ℃, an alarm should be issued in a short time (for the set operation temperature is lower than100° C).

★After the physical fire simulation test, the system should be restored, and the burned part must be cut off and rewired.

 

 

n The detector maintenance should be carried out simultaneously with the maintenance of the alarm system and should be maintained according to the requirements of the fire detector.

n Pay special attention to whether the linear temperature-fixed fire detector is in a squeezed state, whether the outer sheath is intact, and if it is damaged, it should be replaced.

n The resistance value test is carried out every year for both ends of the linear fixed temperature fire detector, and the normal resistance value between the wire cores should not be less than1000MΩ, otherwise it should be replaced.Measuring equipment should be used500VMegohmmeter.
